Meet the Founder
Sophia Loubeau-Griggs, LCSW-QS

Sophia Loubeau-Griggs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-QS), consultant, and speaker with over 25 years of experience in mental health, education, and organizational wellness. She is committed to helping individuals, teams, and communities strengthen their emotional well-being and resilience through culturally informed, empathetic care.

Her professional background spans diverse settings, including school social work, private practice, clinical supervision, and grant facilitation, giving her deep insight into the systems that shape people’s lives and experiences. As a Qualified Supervisor and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, she is dedicated to mentoring emerging clinicians and equipping professionals and community members with practical, trauma-informed tools that support growth and healing.

Her therapeutic approach integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, each grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and collaboration. She specializes in supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, and imposter syndrome while helping them build confidence, balance, and purpose.

As a speaker and trainer, she leads engaging keynotes and workshops on trauma-informed care, mental health in the workplace, and college readiness for schools, religious institutions, corporations, and community organizations.
